CLASS OFFERINGS
From Ballet to Burlesque, Hair & Chair to Hatha Yoga, we offer classes for everyone. Every skill level. Every body.
Come as you are.

Ballet
Ballet focuses on a specific set of skills moving from a warm up at the barre to combinations in center and across the floor. You'll be working in a turned out position with the legs and held arms and upper body. You'll be using those feet and legs to build up strength and coordination to hopefully feel comfortable moving across the floor with certain turns and leaps. Ballet can be a little intimidating, but I try to make you feel comfortable with newer ideas and feel accomplished by the end of class.

Improve and fine-tune ballet technique with dedicated, intentional, and individual instruction. In this 45-min class, you'll work on the fundamentals of posture, movement, and positioning, which will refine your dancing in all styles.
What to wear: clothes you can move comfortably in — whether that’s classic ballet attire or classic workout clothes — and any footwear that allows for free movement, such as ballet slippers, foot paws, dance socks or bare feet

Belly Dance
Originating in the Middle East, Belly Dance utilizes isolations of the body to create uniquely fluid movements. Open and welcoming to all levels, this class teaches basic moves and drills, such as chest and hip isolations, body rolls, arm movements, foot placement, proper posture and stance, floorwork and more.

Broadway Jazz
Broadway Jazz distinguishes itself from traditional Jazz — an expressive, high-energy dance form that relies on sharp and fluid movements — by utilizing theater-inspired exaggerated movements and engaging storytelling.
